Shipping and delivery

When purchasing an item, a panel will show you all the shipping options available for your country:

Italy: SDA and TNT

Europe: Fedex and DHL

International: Fedex, DHL and EMS

Russia: Fedex and EMS

From them moment it is placed, an order, might take up to 15 business days (available items included) to be shipped.
At checkout is possible to choose the courier.

When the order is ready to be shipped, a confirmation email is forwarded to signal the carrier pick up. Simultaneously, the dispatcher will send a tracking number to track the package throughout its jurney.

Deliveries in Italy: fixed contribution.

For extra UE residents, at delivery, custom fees and duties might be charged depending on country of residency
